At Luviny, our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand the challenges of online shopping and strive to make our return process as transparent and straightforward as possible.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges for items purchased through luviny.com within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

Condition: The item must be in its original, unused condition with no visible signs of damage, wear, or alteration.

Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and inserts intact.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation email with your order number is required.
Important: Any sign of damage not reported upon delivery will compromise the Luviny guarantee and may result in the rejection of your return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are exempt from being returned:

Intimate/Sanitary Goods: Under-garments, swimwear, or hygiene-related products.

Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids, gases, or hazardous chemicals.

Personalized Items: Custom-made or personalized products.

Gift Cards: Non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items (48-Hour Reporting Rule)
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Report: Email us at info@luviny.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage.

Verification: We verify claims using the carrier's delivery timestamp. If the damage is not reported within this 48-hour window, we may be unable to honor the claim.
5. The Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Email info@luviny.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Our support team will review your request and provide you with the return instructions and the appropriate return address (Please do not send items back to the manufacturer).

Pack the item securely and include your order number inside the package.
6. Return Shipping

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Tracking: If you are returning an item valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
7. Refunds and Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet:

Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).

9. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received and inspected. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
