At Luviny, we partner with major international shipping carriers including FedEx, DHL, UPS, and USPS to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing & Verification

Processing Time: We require 2-5 business days on average to fulfill your order and transport it to our carrier's sorting facility. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Verification: To prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or those requiring additional security verification may experience delays or cancellation.

Business Days: Our shipping department operates Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Estimates
Shipping times are calculated from the date the package is dispatched, not the date the order was placed.

3. Customs, Duties, and Import Delays
Luviny operates globally, and international shipments may be subject to local import regulations.

Customs Clearance: Some packages may undergo mandatory customs inspection. Luviny is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures in the destination country. This is a government-regulated process and is entirely outside of our control.

Fees & Taxes: All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict or estimate these charges.

Refusal of Package: If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties, the customer is responsible for all original shipping costs, return shipping fees, and any import taxes incurred.
4. Force Majeure & External Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, Luviny is not liable for delays caused by conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Severe weather and natural disasters.

Postal strikes or labor disputes.

Global health emergencies or government-mandated lockdowns.

Peak holiday seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.).
5. Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number.

Update Lag: It may take 3-5 business days for tracking information to update in the carrier's system after the label is created.

Multiple Shipments: For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately from different manufacturing partners and may arrive on different dates.
6. Wrong Address & Lost Packages

Address Accuracy: It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Due to our fast processing, we cannot change the address once the order has been placed. * Lost/Stolen Packages: Luviny is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen. In such cases, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking number.

Damaged Items: Damages must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp provided by the carrier.
